Our Story
FITWORKS was founded by health and fitness professional Ray Buckton. With over a decade in the health and fitness industry working with individuals across the world, he recognised the growing crisis of workplace related health problems high stress and long hours at a desk will lead to a multitude of problems. Ray has used his experience and network to bring together the best in the business to provide an unrivalled, all encompassing wellness service for your company.
